Keeping the message ball rolling

Raising the profile of new client Cytec Industrial Materials (part of the Solvay Group) among the German and Pan-European Automotive and Materials market.

2015 was all about groundwork and first steps. Since developing a messaging framework and supporting storylines for Cytec Industrial Materials’ communications (see release) early last year, EMG has turned its attention to implementing  a proactive media relations strategy targeted at German and EU automotive OEMs.

Most recent in the awareness-raising programme - Cytec’s opening of a new Application Centre in the UK in December. This provided another opportunity, following attendance at Composites Europe 2015, for Cytec spokespeople to put their media skills into practice and continue to build relations with key editors from the composite and plastics publications.

Both events have ensured a great start in securing substantial quality press coverage and opportunities for future editorial co-operation.

Now all eyes are on the forthcoming JEC World Composites Show in Paris in March 2016 to capitalise on what has been achieved so far and keep the message ball rolling.
