ELIX Polymers' positioning and communications strategy

ELIX Polymers is starting to profit from their newly developed key messaging matrix and have been increasing their trade media activities in recent months. They are a leading manufacturer of ABS resins with a track record of more than 40 years, but following a number of acquisitions and name changes over the last few years, there was a need for a clear positioning strategy.

Together we developed a messaging framework as a basis for all communications, ensuring the right message is sent to the right audience.

Since then we have issued a number of press releases and supported them at Fakuma – both in communicating to their (potential) customers and by targeting the trade media covering the show. Currently we are executing the next steps of the media relations plan as the company prepares for K 2016 in Düsseldorf.

The initial results show that the ELIX storylines have been received well by the media and have helped to create excellent coverage.
